 Getting a small static Shock getting out of my car |

Ok I know it's wierd but everytime I get out of my Car after i drive for a bit I grab the door sill and I always get a small shock. this never happens when I get in my car or get out before I go for a drive. Just wondering if this is a common Problem

Also don't forget to ground yourself on the car before fueling. And if you get back in the car and get out to take the nozzle out of the fill tube ground yourself on the hood or something so you don't torch your car.
