So ever since the temp here in Minnesota has dropped to 5 degrees my afm has been sticking. How I know, well my car would struggle to idle and would run pig rich. I didn't know this was the issue, until one morning I went out and checked the afm. Well the flapper door was stuck open. I went inside and warmed it up. No checking that the flapper door will close on its own, I decided to bundle it up like a baby. SO since my girl friend wouldn't let me use her scarf I decided to use one of her t shirts and long sleeve tees hahaha.

I doubt this will harm the afm, but ever since this, my car starts up and idles and runs golden.

Heres a pic of the afm bundled up like a baby.

And the true test. So since the roads have been slick I haven't been driving her for the past 2 days. And guess what the temps for the past 2 days have been? Yesterday -5 and Today -24 thats without wind chill.

Went out today and fired her up, started no problem let her warm up and boosted her no issues. Gotta love the baby wrap mod. hahaha

Ah yes... another reason to throw the afm into a pit of fire and piss on it.
