 Perfect wheel size on Celica |

I have a Celica AT200, and is currently looking for some new wheels and tires. What is the perfect wheel size on my Celica? I am planning to lower it too.
Any answers will be appreciated!

17x8 if you can fit it. 235 or 225 /40 or 45 / 17 tires??????
18's are way tooo BIG!!!!! and not enough tire  if i had a choice i would want 17x8 or 7.5. -------------------- I don't normally drive fast, but when I do its on a curvy section of this island
