According to the EPC, lhd and rhd have the same part number for non-folding mirror control

I have raised my question because I have LHD car... and I have wanted to use control with "retracting button". Just for fun... not to make it work (just exactli example you have posted). So I unplugged my stock one (on the left in the picture)... plug that JDM with extra button (on the right in the picture abowe) and I have blown one of the strongest fuses in my car... I have found already why... they have mirrored all wires... I'm so confused. How they may have the same staff number?
