 Perfect wheel size on Celica |

I have a Celica AT200, and is currently looking for some new wheels and tires. What is the perfect wheel size on my Celica? I am planning to lower it too.
Any answers will be appreciated!

Wow, you ain't lying. They do look like 18s.
 I just bought today some 17" Drag DR-13 wheels for daily driving so I can send my Enkei RS-6s to the machine shop to repair the curb damages and dents so I can send them for powdercoating. I see that the tire looks pretty wide. I'm going to test them now to see if they fit. If not, I will be a very pissed man. Got the guy to let them go for $350 with some worn-off tires that need replacement. I think it was a good price. They have a few scuffs but look decent from far away.
