 Perfect wheel size on Celica |

I have a Celica AT200, and is currently looking for some new wheels and tires. What is the perfect wheel size on my Celica? I am planning to lower it too.
Any answers will be appreciated!

I have Tein S-Tech springs and KYB GR-2 shocks. With the Michelin Pilot Primacy tires (225/45/ZR17) my rims brought, there is no gap in the front. The tire is tucked in a finger height inside the wheel well. In the rear, there's a two finger height gap (my fingers are thin as heck).
