 Perfect wheel size on Celica |

I have a Celica AT200, and is currently looking for some new wheels and tires. What is the perfect wheel size on my Celica? I am planning to lower it too.
Any answers will be appreciated!

in this case 17s is the best IMO. not too big not too small either just right, and you can put beffy tires if you want, which im trying to go for, but im still debating on wether to get the rpf from enkei or 5 zigen fno1rc, im looking forward on getting a set when i get my tax money, i just ordered my lowering springs about an hour ago and im excited to install them already...
