ok so last night i installed my manifold and valve cover after getting them powdercoated. sexy as hell by the way. anyways now my yellow fuel pump relay is buzing like crazy and my ECU dosent seem to be powering up. i have an AEM EMS and its not talking to the laptop. i checked the power at the relay and it was like 9 volts. i must have a serious power drop somewhere.

Did you disconnect/move any grounds?
I'd check all your ground points. even take them off and remove the corrosion on all the ground points(sand under the mount) sounds like a ground issue since battery is charged. -------------------- QUOTE "And, as always, your friendship, help, and dedication to the advancement of Texas Celica dominance is GREATLY appreciated.
