Does anybody know of a place in PA, OH, WV, NY that will build a bottom end for a 97 GT?

Order CP pistons, Pauter rods and have your crank balanced. You could also talk to ARP about getting rod bolts made. Most shops that deal with after market mods should be able to get that stuff for you. They could also install it all for you too.
