i have the stock 7afe engine and i have considered doing the 4age head swap i have seen it done before, but i'm wondering what all i am getting myself into, is it even worth the trouble???

i was looking into this before i went to the 3s...i have seen a 4a head swap on a 7a before but theres a few things that have to be changed....i found this and its pretty much what i would do:
4AGE (16 valve) head 2ZZ (11.25 compression?) pistons and rods jac knife the crank CRANE CAMS RPM 2600-6000; Adv.
