I need to change my timing belt + water pump + heat sensor and there's a little bit of oil leaking from the head gasket... So i thought that intstead of buying a $50+ Timing belt, a water pump, a $25 heat sensor and so one i could, instead, buy this... It seems that every parts are OEM or match OEM standards.... plus i'd get the pistons for free...

Anyone knows if this kit reliable?

Some of the off-brand stuff like this can actually be pretty good. I used a timing chain kit like this on my 22re truck and had my doubts for the price but everything came together perfectly. Just be careful with the quality of some of the parts.

Yeah i know thanks! It's not for modding but only to refresh my engine because i'll hit 200 000 kms really soon so i have to change the timing belt and so on anyway

But I thought you said you were considering boosting it, and wanted to know how these would hold up. Do not buy it if you plan on boosting. A $300 rebuild kit says it all.
