I purchased a new 1/4 panel for my 96' Celica GT from rockauto.com for $180. It comes primed and certified (whatever that means). It also comes with mounting hardware. I'm thinking this is going to be a piece of cake job. Just remove the old one by basically turning a wrench right? And then get the new one painted to match and install. Easy right? Or not?

if this is your first time taking off the front bumper... there are three nuts on each side... 10mm that connect the front bumper to the fender.... they can be a PITA.. best bet is to get them from underneath or make a really long extrension
