 HELP..Back end noise, thumbing noise at the back of car |

Hello fellas,
Someone help me please. There is a loud noise coming from the rear part of my car 94 ST at the passenger end. Anyone had this issue and what was the diagnosis and solution fix. Please help. THANKS

does it happen all of the time? under a specific speed? only when braking?
I would get a pop/clunk when I would apply the brakes. turned out that one of the two bolts that holds the rear calipers on had fallen out, and the caliper was hanging back off the rotor. a new bolt corrected this. edit: you have an ST, so you wont have disc brakes in the rear, but that doesnt mean it couldnt be brake related. however my assumption is suspension related.
