Hello,
I just put a new timing belt on because my last one ( a few months old) shredded.
It now looks like my new one is doing the same. It looks like it is rubbing against the block and badly against pump. I made sure to try and center it on the pully's when I installed both of them.

Any ideas why this is happening?
Thanks

there is an alignment pin for the tensioner if you dont have it in the hole on the tensioner it will cause it to sit crooked.
