wanna get rid of the bump in trunk, ditch the spare wheel? Options

I'm getting annoyed with that large bump in my trunk where my spare wheel is.
I can't put my tools or groceries iin the trunk without having to search for scattered groceries when I'm home.

Is it wise to get rid of the spare wheel or should I put in a "space saver"?
Is there even a 16" space saver on the market?

Hmm I know where you're coming from on the stuff being everywhere part lol. As for getting rid of the spare wheel and putting in space saver, I'm not quite sure if that's the best idea. I've often thought about doing that in the past but you never know when that flat tire is gonna show its face and you don't have a spare with you
