Hello,
I just put a new timing belt on because my last one ( a few months old) shredded.
It now looks like my new one is doing the same. It looks like it is rubbing against the block and badly against pump. I made sure to try and center it on the pully's when I installed both of them.

Any ideas why this is happening?
Thanks

you may have warped pulleys (from age and high mileage) and may need to replace them.
