Finally put my car back together after adding cruise control. However, my ABS light now stays on.
I've tried jumping E1 to Tc and removing the shorting pin while the key is in the IGN position. However, the orange ABS light stays on and the red airbag light then flashes constantly. Does this suggest a faulty ABS module or something else? I've started to check the wiring again, but there is nothing obvious causing the light to illuminate. Did you check sensors on the wheels?, need to be clean, just clean, and maybe light goes off, also when you brake you did you heard a not normal noise or vibration? Check those details. X2 and the sensor needs to be quite tight on there, no wobbles this will set the light off too,. i had this problem after wheelbearing turned out the sensor just needed cleaning and tightening |
