I have polk audio RTi10 floorstands, Fxi3 Surround Speakers, CSi3 center channel, and a Polk PSW404 10" subwoofer. On the way is my Harman Kardon AVR435 and HK CD player. All will be hooked up w/ Monster Cable THX (2 digital cox, 2 fiber optical, component video, & subwoofer) also have THX 10' pair speaker wire for floorstands and waiting on M series center channel speaker wire.

*for you all that dont know HA setups, the retail price of this setup (just audio components) is over 4K. Very clean overtunes and can put out great volume. I'm still waiting on my amplifier so right now I've only listened to it on a pioneer reciever. Pio. $200 vs HK $1,000.....so the HK should be alot cleaner...

**I didnt pay retail price on any part of my setup... gotta love working in retail

Glad you saved a boat load.

Please check out this link for just how great monster cable is:

http://consumerist.com/362926/do-coat-hang...-monster-cables

That's right. Coat hangers.

I do have some monster cables that I bought on ebay for a fraction of their regular price (I paid about $40 for a power bar that was retailing for $199), but when I had to get more cables, I bought from monoprice.com. The only difference I could see, besides the price, was that the monster cable ends were tighter fitting (excessively tight) but after a little crimp, the monoprice cables were just as good.

If you want the best, you aren't buying Monster. You would buy something like Coincident:

a 4' cable for $1095 and only a meager $150 per foot extra!
