Just like to say I'm now a homeowner! Got our house about a week ago and been doing tons of work. What's the best part? HUGE garage. I can fit my Maxima and Celica inside, along with tools, bench, etc and another small car up front.
Thought I would share the excitement -------------------- 1999 Celica GT

I would re-examine whether or not you want to do that $7500 tax credit. It's a loan, basically. You have to pay it back $500 a year for 15 years. I just bought a condo and I'm not doing it.

The credit for first homes bought in 2009 is an $8000 credit that doesn't have to be paid back if you stay in the home for more than 3 years. I felt the same about the $7500 one. -------------------- 1999 Celica GT
