i searched the site already and they said just to push it in and use your full body mass to pull it out when i tried that only half the axle came out from the inner rubber boot the part that connects to the tranny is still stuck in there is there a way to get it out without a axle puller?

lol. Its not gonna come out by just pulling on it like that, good try though. biggrin.gif

Get a assortment of pry/crow bars, and on the part that goes into the transmission, there are deep ridges in the metal, made just for you to pry there! There is a snap ring that holds it in well so it takes some muscle.

And be sure you have drained your transmission fluid or some will come through when you pull the axle.

No, it looks like a hooker put her acid vag on your hood. Acid vag = bigger problem than a few dings.
