 idle problems, My car is idling very oddly |

Whenever I turn my car on the rpm's are at 2 and they'll stay there, if I brake hard they may start going up and down between one and two thousand. Any ideas anybody?

Ive got this same problem
 its extremely annoying when your sitting in trafic and your car is constantly reving up, makes me look like a tool. lol
