 idle problems, My car is idling very oddly |

Whenever I turn my car on the rpm's are at 2 and they'll stay there, if I brake hard they may start going up and down between one and two thousand. Any ideas anybody?

O well it's almost closed and everything is pretty straight, but I figured I'm just going to give in. Damn so it's at the mechanic today.
