Folks, sad to say that but after 2 years of running 7AFTE (by doGGy) on 0.5 - 0.9 bar it seems engine is doing down . True is for last 10month I have been running 0.9 only (because 0.6 was too low for me ). Now I must face consequences . Seems that stock internals are not able to hold that pressure. During compression measurement last weekend I found oil in combustion chamber #1. Also compression ratio is more various than should be for each valve (should be 9.5 for all and is between 8.5 to 10.5) so it seems engine needs to be rebuild . In few days (hopefully) I will have plans and funds ready for this rebuild... My aim is having safe 7AFTE. That means to not destroy engine in two years again... I want power and 0.5 bar (176HP/225NM) is really not enough for me now as power for common driving.
note: according facts above my car will not participate PECM2009 in Greece . That' the worst that could happen for me... -------------------- No more replicas... This is evolution... This is SS-four :)

Thanks guys... engine is still running and it would run just fine after small repair (rings, seals and stuff) and of course if I push it less (lower boost for 20%). But that is what I do not want... I do not want silly 180HP . That's why I will rebuild it completely and push bit higher. Only I wish I had source for complete 2.0L stroker kit for 7AFE... I can't find anyone who sells that .
note: yes I still have been using stock 7AFE tranny (even stock axles) and it works fine... no troubles at all -------------------- No more replicas... This is evolution... This is SS-four :)
