 Headlight brace question |

Due to new laws in Holland Xenon lights are only legal if the brace have code HC, HR or HCR. Normal braces with code DC, DR or DCR must use normal halogen bulbs. I have 8k Xenon now, and i dont wanna switch back to halogen, so can someone confirm which braces Celica have? Thanks a trillion!

I think the brace is the backside of the lights...where the lights are mounted to for adjustment?
