I LOVE the two-tone pain job you've done on this. It looks really nice and I appreciate how it stays graceful with the lines of the car, starting with matching up to the edges of the FMIC. I also really love the colors in particular that you chose.
Do you have pictures of the interior? I think from an aesthetic standpoint, to bring everything together, I'd want to see some elements of the exterior reflected in the interior. It looks like you've painted some of the trim to match the silver on the car - it's hard to tell though. Otherwise, all I can really see that's missing from the exterior is JDM headlights and hood dampers. Your car looks so clean, it's a shame to interfere with the lines of it when showing off your turbo setup with that unsightly hood prop thing (whatever it's called.) Lastly, I think you need to address the engine bay some. Clean it up, make the blacks really nice and black and polish what you can. I'd change the color of the valve cover, too. It looks like it belongs to 2 generations/versions ago of your car! I realize it matches your calipers, but it doesn't all really tie together in a beneficial enough way in my opinion. The calipers tie in nicely with the silicon hoses on the FMIC, which works great. But the valve cover just kinda sticks out to me. Also if you can, get a heat shield for the exhaust. Nice work on the exhaust, but it's not aesthetically pretty (IMO). Ceramic coat it or cover it up with a good looking heat shield, and I think that will lend to a more tidy appearance in the bay. -------------------- |
