I need a quickfire way to spend the least amount of money, to get the most amount of power out of my GT (UK)

Thanx!! i'll look into turbochargers! The thing is though, i could probably pick up a import GT4 for the price of all this, it would cost me about £5-6k. This is a very hard decision!!!
