so when lowering with springs do you need to get your car aligned? some tell me yes and some have said no. my friend has lowered his 04 corolla with coilovers our friends 89honda hatch and our friends 91 mr2 non of them got an alignment and non have uneven wear or scrubbing. can someone help with if its necessary or not I've heard its just depends on hmm good a job is done installing them?

I've never aligned my car in 4 years, have removed the struts at least 5 times in that period. Steering wheel still straight. If you are good manually aligning it thats fine but there are also toe and camber. which is hard to align by the naked eye. IMO, its up to you if you want to align it, but it just feels better knowing you did.
