My Brakes, hubs, etc.. All problematic..? Options

Kay, well the front end of my car seems to wobble or vibrate a bit at high speeds, figure its the tires, but i haven't replaced those yet. Anyway, I had sears do a free inspection and this is what they came up with:

• Rear struts going bad (riight)
• Car wobbles because front rotors are warped
• Ebrake don't work because i need new shoes and drums turned
• cracked/chipped (something like that) brake lines...riiight

So, What i'll end up doing, is paying a shop to do the back brakes, as that's a pain in the ass, but do the front myself..however I want ceramic brake pads, because i don't like brake dust(???) going onto my rims, i know my rims suck, but I hate it.


Would this be a good purchase?

Sears said they'd fix it all for $547, **** that.

Anyway, i think they make **** up most of the time, back to my point, would that ebay link be a good purchase for my front end? (Once again, i'm going to have tuffy do my rear brakes)

Sorry that pic was when I had just started putting them on, I dont wanna take my wheel off again unless I have to so these pics will have to do.. there pretty good size rotors if I say so myself
