front brakes & rotor -st204 conversion to st205 Options

I recently purchased front calipers but need the parts to hold the pads in -not sure what its called. Not sure how to get them. Also looking for aluminum hat light weight slotted rotors to go with them. Has anyone done this conversion, and if so what's the easy way? Will the caliper just bolt on without any mods?

I haven't post the write up for lack of time, but I'll try to see if tomorrow I get the pictures for it. it's not a pain at all, as long as you have the right stuff.

Interesting shot showing the difference between the two. Just for clarification...are the ST knuckle and GT knuckle (U.S.) the same?
