I am looking into webcams from Import Performance Parts. I didn't know they were only 30 miles from me. Anyway, they have an option for the webcams for $569 and the valve lift is .322, duration is 244 degrees, and the duration @ .050 is 218 degrees. Is this the basic overall improvement setup for a basic plug and play installation? Will this potentially do harm to my engine block that has 180K miles (compression wise)? Also, do I need to do any upgrades at all whatsoever? Thanks!

you dont need to touch the bottom end for cams, they arnt going enough tq to worry about the bottom end.
those are a mild cam, that will give you a little more punch pretty much thruout the whole rpm band, with bigger gains coming over 5k rpm.

dont ever put a metal headgasket between a block and head that hasnt been properly preped for it, they tend to leak.

at 180k, the most important thing to do is just make sure your regular matinence is done, and fix any leaking seals ect.
the cams wont hurt the motor at all provided they are installed and shimmed properly.
