Ok, i can do it....but do i want to do it? I can start right now and by christmas end up with all the little extras.....but is it worth it? I mean it's just an ST, but how badass would it be to have a 200hp ST? I think it'd be sweet specialy with a 5-speed. What kind of turbo's should I look at? Aint no thing to get it in my car cause i have a garage to work at. But should I even think about doing it? better yet is it truelly possible to just get the turbo in a running for 2000 or less. I'm not talking about the controlers and timers and injectors...those come for christmas. So let me know what you guys think. Anyone wanna help lol?

Yeah, it took me and friend from 10PM to 4AM to install everything and have it ready to drive it to the muffler shop the next day. That included removing the old injectors and installing the new ones, along with removing the radiator to bang the sheet metal behind it in, because my exhaust manigolf is very long and throws the turbo to the front too much. I encountered MAJOR obstacles that contributed to the delay of my setup, which is installed but VERY buggy. The first was that the 550cc Venom injectors made the car run in 3 cylinders. Also, it took the muffler shop guy 3 FULL days to finish what could have taken less than 6 hours to another guy. He talked for hours and only worked for minutes. THREE days wasted, and that was with me present the whole time pushing him, so it could've taken longer. But he did a great job and only charged me I think $250 or less for EVERYTHING, including connecting all the silicone couplings with the piping and letting me borrow his tools for replacing the spark plugs every 5 minutes that the engine was running. And borrowing tools was against the policy in his shop.
But I've felt what 3 psi can do to my auto Celi...can't wait for 9 DELICATELY DYNO TUNED psi -------------------- |
