Hey Everyone,
I'm just curious as to why everyone bought their sixth generation Celica. I bought mine because I saw a red hatch with 17" Focal Z1 rims at school a couple years ago, and I fell in love with the looks of the car! I thought I'd never be able to afford one, but I got a pretty good job more than a year ago and now I'm loving life with my Celi. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

can't you simply import it after its 15 years old though? so you'd just need to stay there till 2010? Or if the military is going to pay the freight, then you could just garage it until its eligible to be registered.

I'm all for supporting the military, but I'd be pissed if that's where my tax dollars went considering there are guys in Iraq who are still going around without adequate equipment. I can think of far better things to spend tax money on, and hopefully the US Govt can too. 2) You can't import it into the US anyway. That's Canada, not US. And I think there's some weird issue/change of heart going on about it in Canada, too... something about safety standards IIRC. -------------------- |
