The results speak for themselves. I wasn't overly happy with how my night shots came out on Tuesday, started doing some research, and stumbled across this digital noise reduction program called Neat Image (www.neatimage.com). The results below are anywhere from 70 to 85% noise reduction and I am impressed for freeware:

Whatcha think??? Improvement?

Mods, wasn't sure if this was OT or Multimedia. Post is to say "Hey check out this freebie I found" though it does contain pics too......your call if you want to move.

Pics look great, but in all honesty, I can't tell the bloody difference.

The last two pics show it the best. Look at the red on the car in the before pics?? See how it's all blotchy like it's got dark spots?? Now look at the after pic, and you can see how the color has been smoothed and evened out. All the program did was a reduction in the blotchy dark spots (noise) from the digital imaging.
