The results speak for themselves. I wasn't overly happy with how my night shots came out on Tuesday, started doing some research, and stumbled across this digital noise reduction program called Neat Image (www.neatimage.com). The results below are anywhere from 70 to 85% noise reduction and I am impressed for freeware:
Before: After: Before: After: Before: After: Before: After: Whatcha think??? Improvement? Mods, wasn't sure if this was OT or Multimedia. Post is to say "Hey check out this freebie I found" though it does contain pics too......your call if you want to move. -------------------- |

I can see it a very little bit, mainly on the last one, but I think that the image hosting site that you used might have reduced the quality to where its not that noticeable for us.

QUOTE (14:19:21) Daniel: That was a JDM hole in the side of the box too. There was so much JDM trapped inside that box that they couldn't contain it, so they had to put a JDM hole in the box to let the JDM out. I'm going to upload a few of them to my website tonight so I'll post back up with those and see if there's a difference. I use photoshop to cut them from the native 8mp resolution to a 1024x768 for my website (mostof the time at least) so the quality loss should be minimal there. -------------------- |
