I need a quickfire way to spend the least amount of money, to get the most amount of power out of my GT (UK)

If I were you and I had a 3s-ge I would turbo that thing quicker than you can say cat in the hat
The 3s-ge is one of the stronger toyota engines and it can definately withstand the boost, but if you can afford one you may want to go with the gt-four. either way you go enjoy tuning your celica
