Im thinking about upgrading my component speakers, since our factory ones leave a lot to be desired. I have a modest budget of about 50bucks that I would like to stay within for the front two speakers.
Im looking for something with good clarity and good bass response, to compliment the two 10in subs I have in the trunk. Any recommendations?

I love how when you pull the speakers out of the car and turn them around to look at the back, they are 15 watt max. Lol. I've even got the factory amp in my car.

That's awesome. I have a 50w head unit and I never turn it up too loud, so I'm pretty sure my speakers are never getting more than 20 watts, but they hold their own. I'd have no problems with installing brand new factory speakers in my car, if they weren't so frackin' expensive. So rather than paying the dealership prices or new speakers, I'm paying to pay for all JL components, amp, and sub. Doubt if I'll be saving any money. But that's the point of this post. I'm sold on a JL sub and amp, but how are their components? Anybody on here have any experience with them?
