I just noticed I have a small crease dent on my driverside rear quarter panel. It looks like some careless f*** hit my car with their door. Anyone know the best way to remove it? I've read people talk about paintless dent removal but i hear it doesn't work as well with crease dents.

It's hard to get any kind of crease out. Once the metal creases like that, it makes it very difficult. Your best bet is to work it really softly with something soft (wooden spoon works) from the inside. Start from the edges, and take your time. If you can't get behind it, depending on where it is and how bad it is, you might just have to use body filler.
