I need help finding the fuel pump relay/fuse so i can wire up a new fuel filter. Never done this before so I need some help so correct me if im wrong.
1.Start the car and disconnect the fuel pump relay/fuse 2. Install the new Fuel Filter making sure the washers and everything are connected correctly 3. Plug relay/fuse back ing 4. Start car. -------------------- Representing the Convertible Crew since 2008 |

its not about the gas its about the pressure, relieving the pressure is to help ease the removal. There is always gas in the line that will always spills out all the time whether you remove the fuse or relay. Plus its a legitimate step in the manual. Either way, you can remove the fuel filter by also removing the negative terminal, there are many ways.
