you are doing something wrong then. 17x8 et 35 is a great wheel setup. What tire are you running? And did you roll your fenders?

lol doing something wrong?
17x8 +32 wedssports
215/45/17 falken azenis's
if you do the math that wheel and tire is 1.37" taller than stock.
i dropped about 1.3" in the front and 0.8" in the rear on tanabe coilovers (so it is still higher than stock height, which is ghey)
the tire is only 6mm from the suspension.
the rear fenders were rolled with a fender rolling tool, i think the lip needs to be cut completely off tho.
and in the front there is nothing to roll...
my next tires will be 215/40/17 falken azenis's, that should help.

Run a 205/45/17 as another option. Run a stretched tire.

So are you rubbing on the strut? Or are you rubbing fender?

I just did a test fit of 17x8.5 +31 in front and 17x9.5 +23 in the rear. Running 215/45 and 235/45 respectively. Once they are fully mounted I will post pictures. And these suckers are straight up flush and poke.
