The pics speak for themselves. Simple e-brake and shift boot to start with. The shift boot has a narrow collar for the TRD shifter, both with black leather red stitching:
 But now....... The arm rest...................Cost me some extra but it was 100% worth it. Vincent, whomever you had do the work did an OUTSTANDING job.   It's awesome.

Oh yeah, Vincent is amazing, don't cha know? That guy can make anything.
That also came out very nice by the way.
