Did the GT4 really come without an airbag? I just bought a leather/stitched steering wheel out of Okinawa and theres no airbag?
For a car that was fast out of the box, fresh from the dealership, this seems a little odd? |

My 1st Celica
 60km/h VS 80km/h (head on crash with another car driving on the wrong side of the road) no airbags. got seatbelt whiplash, sore chest where i hit the steering wheel, minor pains lasting 3 days, bruises healed after 7 days... Celica's body will crumple and absorb a big impact keeping alot of shock out of the cabin. Airbags are nice, but I don't see them as being the difference between life and death.
