Hey Guys,
As some of you may remember, I recently picked up racing hart M5s in 18x7.5 format. I'm still working on refurbing them, but when I'm through I'm going to be in the market for some new tires and wanted some recommendations. I would like to stay at either a 40-45 thickness, mostly because that will still throw off my spedo by about 3mph at 60, and should keep the overall size closer to the GTS wheels I have on there currently. I've been using the Falken ZIEX ZE-912 tires for a while, and after warming them up they corner magnificently. However, with all of the choices out there, I'm not sure if I'll want to go with them again for 18s. So let me know what you guys have used and enjoyed. I'd like to keep the cost per tire down below $150, but would still like to have nice, grippy tires. I'm also mostly interested in either summer or all weather tires (but probably more summer, I think I'll keep the GTS wheels for winter driving). -TC -------------------- Live your life for yourself. 35 series wouldnt be too bad if they would give you a wider tire when you bought rims with them. 215/35s are entirely too skinny for a 7.5"-8" wheel and unfortunately thats mostly what they offer when you buy 18s
