Ok I have a down pipe for a ct26 on my ct20b. I see there is 1 extra bolt hole. I removed it and it fit but I may be having issues because of it being a ct26 dp on a ct20b. Is there a problem with using this setup?

Have you actually checked the wastegate flapper door movement while EVERYTHING was still on the car? Put everything back on, and put 20+psi into the wastegate port, and watch the flapper door movement. If the flapper door opens and closes fully, it is not your problem.
If the flapper door seems to be getting hung up and there is no visual part of the DP interfering with the flapper door, gasket match the INSIDE of the DP to the gasket. Let us know how you make out. --------------------

I will check that out with the air compressor. But as far as gasket matching the flange you make the flange the same size as the gasket? Well if so I was going to do that but the gasket is bigger than the flange. Do you see what i am saying? I will put pics up tommorow of the gasket an the flange so you cansee what I mean thanks |
