So I have a 95 celica gt 2.2l na and it has started backfiring pretty badly in lower rpms and especially under load. So I searched around and it seems that the dizzy coil is the problem. So my question is what exactly is involved in changing a coil? Is it as simple as pulling out the dizzy and just a couple a bolt to change it? I want to be sure i know what im up against when i do it since it is my currnt dd.
Thanks for any help
Steven

You could try sanding it down, and if it works, try replacing the cap and rotor (should be relatively inexpensive).
