 who knows computers?, need help |

okay... my computer got infected with this spyware and its really f-ing me up. i can't get rid of it with my yahoo anti-spy. and the spyware keeps advertising this antispy program that'll get rid of it. but of course its gonna cost an arm and a leg for me to buy their program that'll get rid of their own spyware. everytime i try to do a system restore... it says, "system restore has been turned off by group policy. to turn on system restore, contact your domain administrator." i tried system restore in safe mode but it still won't let me. help me please.

well this i what i suggest if all else fails
1. Back up all important files (make sure u run like malwarebytes on them 2 make sure their not infected) 2. Do a complete system restore ie reformat the hard drive re install windows. 3. put files back on computer basically no way u can still have virus. unless u backed up files that were infected. most new comps have partitions so don't even gotta have windows cd. -------------------- *Thing i want for my car(i wish i had money)*
