 who knows computers?, need help |

okay... my computer got infected with this spyware and its really f-ing me up. i can't get rid of it with my yahoo anti-spy. and the spyware keeps advertising this antispy program that'll get rid of it. but of course its gonna cost an arm and a leg for me to buy their program that'll get rid of their own spyware. everytime i try to do a system restore... it says, "system restore has been turned off by group policy. to turn on system restore, contact your domain administrator." i tried system restore in safe mode but it still won't let me. help me please.

oh yeah, forgot to mention i have windows vista.
and when trying to run malwarebytes anti-malware... i get "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." i tried running it on regular mode and safe mode and i get the same problem. -------------------- |
