Does anybody know how to get to the rear quarter panel window motors. I just got a 97 GT Convertible and the rear windows don't work. The switches are good, so it is either the wiring or the motors. I have taken apart the back quarters and looked behind the speakers and the seat belt tensioners, but haven't found the window motors. Also wondering if anyone knows where to get the weatherstripping which goes between the rear glass and the door glass.

Thanks

njccmd2002 has most things right in that procedure. However:

You don't need anything special to unscrew the large washer-nuts holding the glass to the plate. Channellocks work just fine.

The rubber seal between rear glass and door glass is not sold separately. It's part of the rear glass and glued permanently.
