so i have finished (maybe) my 5sfte conversion... when i fire it up, it runs and the boost gauge shows a manifold vacuum at idle.... but then when i rev it, it hits 0psi and goes no further...

It is also making a whistling sound (which would indicate a leak?)

any ideas?

probably should clarify... it was not making boost under load either... i did take it for a brief drive, took it to 4-4500 rpm, and still nothing.

i have gone through and checked all my piping and it all appears to be secure... could perhaps the wastegate flap be stuck open?
