Brent's Celica got put back together a few days ago. We had it up and running great and even took it for a few short trips. We had a power steering leak so Brent was under the hood fixing that, and we noticed that his cold charge pipe wasnt even in the throttle body. We put the pipe back in and tightened it down. Now we have a very rough idle, and its running ungodly rich. Looks like a diesel!! Either way, we pulled the code that it was flashing and its the MAP sensor code (Code 31) We tried a few different map sensors, even a good one off of a friends Alltrac, and still have the CEL and the rough idle. ALSO, the boost gauge flutters between 0 and 10 inches of vacuum, and while driving will hit about 5psi at 10% throttle. Does this sound like a vacuum leack somewhere that we're not seeing? or would a bad MAP cause ALL of that? We tested the wires on the connector going to the MAP and they all checked out, so its not a bad signal from the MAP. I'm running out of things to check!!!! Any insight would be great. Thanks.

I would start with the safc wiring if you've already tried a known working map sensor, and make sure the safc didn't reset for some reason
