With regards to the rear suspension. Two tracking rods north/south and two east/west one being adjustable need them with the eight bushings and the bushing have to be spot on as it failed the NCT (national car test)

Cheers.

The four rods running laterally -- which Toyota labels "suspension arms" don't have replaceable bushings. Actually, they have spherical bearings. They are considered in L and R pairs, with the adjustable arm (camber adjustment) being the No. 2 arm; the forward of each pair is the No. 1 suspension arm.

It is unlikely you'd find like-new short of a 1998 or 1999 model; you're likely looking at buying them new, in which case I'd suggest 1sttoyotaparts.com as a reference.

The rod on either side of the car running from door to wheel are tagged as "strut rods" by Toyota. You can probably find replacement bushings via the aftermarket.

On what grounds did it fail?
